At P&G Physical Therapy we specialize in advanced hands on therapies including, Myofascial Release, which when incorporated with more traditional therapeutic exercises, sports medicine techniques and modalities have a profound effect on healing soft tissue injuries. We know that the body needs to be “in balance” to allow for optimal muscle, joint and body function. Therefore we spend a lot of one on one “hands on time” with our patients to teach them the proper form, intensity and technique needed to get the most out of their therapy. We treat the whole body and believe our job is not complete unless the patient understands how to treat themselves before discharge. P&G is now located in a modern, state of the art facility at 100 Meadow Lane. We feature hands on therapy and rehabilitation for: back pain, neck pain, joint/muscle pain, sports injuries, headaches, chronic and acute pain, post surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries

P&G also offers post rehabilitation fitness and functional strengthening programs at our Human Performance Center.
