At P&G Physical Therapy we specialize in advanced hands on therapies including, Myofascial Release, which when incorporated with more traditional therapeutic exercises, sports medicine techniques, and modalities have a profound effect on healing soft tissue injuries. We know that the body needs to be “in balance” to allow for optimal muscle, joint, and body function. Therefore we spend a lot of one on one “hands on time” with our patients to teach them the proper form, intensity, and technique needed to get the most out of their therapy. We treat the whole body and believe our job is not complete unless the patient understands how to treat themselves before discharge.
